Auction Administrator Is

  • Able to login to administration website with admin name and password
  • Able to monitor all current and completed auctions
  • Able to delete auctions and remove registered users
  • Able to close completed auction anytime
  • Able to add, delete and modify categories and sub-categories
  • Able to remove deleted items completely from database
  • Able to change current admin name and password
  • Able to change the home page’s company or auction banner by adding banner web address
  • Able to edit the company name that will be displayed in the auction web pages
  • Able to edit the Customer Service email address for auction user contact purpose
  • Able to customize all auction system codes to meet any specific needs
  • Able to edit the existing auction pages and add user online manual to the Customer Support page
  • Able to install the auction system to local computer for testing purpose
  • Able to move the auction system to subfolder, only if the database file is located in web server’s root directory
  • Able to upgrade the system and run in Microsoft SQL database server
  • Able to edit the database file directly to update user and auction information
  • Able to customize and edit the look and feel of the auction site
  • Able to add company graphics and layout to the existing auction site
  • Able to configure the email service with the built-in codes and by following the activation instructions (email service is disabled by default, and can be enabled as well)
  • Able to send email automatically to new registered users, bidders who place a bid, sellers who post a new auction item (by activating the email service, as recommended)
  • Able to modify the existing user agreement and add applicable auction rules
  • Able to edit the ‘About Us’ and ‘Contact Us’ auction page for better customer relationship
  • Able to determine the user’s login session period before it expired
